Peploe’s re-visited

Already a popular, successful restaurant that had stood the test of time, the challenge was to give Peploe’s a make-over that continues to speak to its timelessness and appeal to a new clientele.

The aim was to stay true to its unique brasserie vibe. With a painted mural wall full of charter and charm, brass detailing, vibrant colours, opulent red leather banquette seating, wine storage within the walls and a stunning new bar, it epitomises everything a sophisticated bistro should be. We retained the trademark old stone steps leading down to a warm theatrical and eclectic space with an atmosphere of refined but relaxed conviviality. 

The success of the project was evidenced when both the owner and staff relayed how thrilled and proud they were of their new space. The restaurant still delivers an atmosphere of refined, but relaxed hospitality loved by both loyal and new customers alike.
